 Brian W. Ross
Attorney Brian W. Ross is a founding partner at Ross & Midian, LLC, practicing in several areas of law including criminal defense, domestic relations and personal injury law. Originally from Wooster, Ohio, Brian moved west where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Montana State University. Upon graduating, Brian moved back to Ohio where he obtained his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2006.
Brian began his career working for a small, general practice firm, exposing him to a variety of different areas of law. Valuing the personal attention to client issues that a small firm can offer, Brian seized the opportunity to take the legal knowledge he developed early in his career and start his own practice. His primary focus is personal injury law where he regularly helps clients stand up to large insurance companies, aggressively pursuing their cases to ensure their case value is optimized.
Brian is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is also a member of the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Ohio Association for Justice.
 W. Martin Midian
Attorney W. Martin Midian is a founding partner at Ross & Midian, LLC, focusing primarily on trial and appellate level criminal defense. Originally from Akron, Ohio, Martin went on to obtain his Bachelors of Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Politics & Government and a minor in Journalism. Martin earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in 2006 where he focused his studies on criminal law and constitutional issues.
Martin is National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) certified, after having successfully completed the exact same training required for law enforcement personnel as related to OVI/DUI detection and field sobriety testing. Additionally, he has served as the municipal prosecutor for the Village of Brice and, as such, routinely defends clients charged with the exact same crimes that he prosecuted. Martin has a proven track record and a reputation as an aggressive criminal advocate, as well as being an excellent trial attorney with many successful jury verdicts to his credit.
Martin is a proud member of the Ohio Bar and is licensed to practice throughout the state of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is an active member of the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
 George S. Breitmayer III
Attorney George S. Breitmayer III (“Tripp”) is an associate at Ross & Midian, LLC, practicing in the areas of criminal, personal injury, and domestic relations law. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Tripp moved to Dublin, Ohio where he spent the majority of his childhood before attending Ohio University. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Ohio University’s College of Business with a double major in Business Management and Business Pre-Law. Tripp received his Juris Doctor from Capital University in 2010, where he obtained a concentration certificate in Criminal Litigation.
Tripp has been with Ross & Midian since shortly after its inception in February of 2008, first as a law clerk and now as an associate attorney. His time at Ross & Midian has afforded him the unique opportunity to work on a multitude of different cases in various courts throughout the state of Ohio and federal court systems. Tripp’s has assisted with all steps of litigation on personal injury, domestic, and serious felony cases. During his final year of law school, Tripp obtained his legal interns certificate through the Capital University Legal Clinic which allowed him the unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience working on both state and federal jury trials.
Tripp is licensed to practice throughout the state of Ohio and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
