We aggressively seek compensation when you are injured in a truck accident.
We handle a wide range of cases helping those injured due to another’s negligence.
We can help your family if you have lost a loved one in an accident.
We hold landowners responsible for their negligence.
What Makes Us Different?
Unlike other firms, we base our representation on a client-first approach. This begins by one of our attorneys coming to your home, hospital, or place of work to discuss your case. We come to you, wherever you are located, throughout our course of representation on an as-needed basis. We have access to office space all over the state and make frequent in-home visits at the client’s request.
Moreover, we handle our cases in-house from the day we first meet to settlement or verdict. At many larger personal injury firms, you can’t always count on your attorney to meet with you or answer your questions. Some of the attorneys at the most heavily marketed firms don’t, in fact, handle any of their own cases and have little to no jury trial experience.
Experienced Attorneys Who Will Handle Everything Connected To Your Claim
While we depend on our experienced paralegal staff for a number of critical tasks, if you need to talk to your lawyer you will have access to speak with your attorney, often times even after hours, on weekends, or on holidays. Check out the video and written testimonials from just a fraction of our satisfied clients. We do things differently, in that we treat each client like they are a close friend or family member.

Q: I am getting so many calls about the accident. What should I say to these people?
A: RMB and schedule an appointment with one of our lawyers who can answer all of your personal injury questions. If it’s more convenient, we can come to your home or office and walk you through the process.
Q: An insurance claims adjuster just called. Should I talk to him/her?
A: No. Do not talk to any insurance adjusters until you talk to us first. The job of an insurance adjuster is to try to minimize the value of your claim. Call RMB first and let us talk to the adjusters for you.
Q: Should I see a doctor?
A: When you’re in an accident, it’s important to go to the emergency room or your family doctor so that they can properly document your injuries. If you are you not sure where to turn, we have a network of doctors and healthcare providers who can help you.
Q: What if I don’t have car insurance?
A: The person that caused the accident is responsible for your injuries and your damaged vehicle. We will go after that person’s insurance company and make them pay for the harm they have caused.
Q: My car is damaged. What should I do?
A: If your car is damaged or totaled you are entitled to a rental car while your car is being
repaired or replaced. We can work with the insurance company for you and help get your damaged property fixed or replaced.
