Brian W. Ross is one of the founding partners of Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC. Since 2008, when the firm was founded, he has been practicing personal injury law and now devotes all of his practice to helping victims of negligence fight for the fair recoveries they are owed.
Brian is passionate about representing individuals against whom the deck is stacked. Many people do not know how the personal injury process works—they’re injured, scared, and trying to deal with doctors’ appointments, medical bills, and missed work. These people are at risk of being taken advantage of by large, powerful insurance companies who use injured individuals’ vulnerability against them. Brian is dedicated to helping these people fight back. He truly enjoys helping his clients navigate the legal process and strives to be a positive factor in their lives, even amidst the many challenges they face.
Brian grew up in Wooster, Ohio before heading out to Bozeman, Montana to attend Montana State University. After earning his Bachelor of Science in sociology, he returned to Ohio and attended Capital University Law School in Columbus, where he earned his Juris Doctor.
Brian has been admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio since 2006. He is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Ohio Association for Justice. At Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, he focuses his practice on litigation, handling a variety of personal injury claims, including those involving automobile accidents, truck accidents, and dog bites.
