PARTNER

George “Tripp” Breitmayer has been with Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC since its inception in 2008, first as a law clerk, then as an associate attorney, and now as a partner. During his tenure at the firm, he has represented clients in myriad issues, including both criminal and civil matters. His jury trial experience ranges from serious felony cases involving murder to catastrophic and complex auto injury cases.

Over the course of the past four years, George’s practice has evolved into almost exclusively plaintiffs’ litigation. He is passionate about helping clients who have suffered serious and life-altering injuries as a result of someone else’s careless or reckless actions. He handles a broad range of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including those involving car and truck accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. He finds it immensely rewarding to help clients take on large insurance companies and fight for the full, fair recoveries they are owed.

George attended Ohio University’s College of Business in Athens, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business pre-law and business management. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, focusing on criminal litigation. He has been admitted to practice in the state of Ohio since 2010 and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio since 2011. Currently, George is a member of the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

George has been recognized within the field as an authority on personal injury law. He has appeared and offered legal opinions on The Today Show, Good Morning America, MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News.

In his spare time, George enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, as well as golfing and snowmobiling.
