Sean Mowery is an associate attorney at Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC’s German Village location. At the firm, Sean focuses his practice on complex personal injury claims and civil litigation. He is highly experienced in this area of law, having filed lawsuits in 60 of Ohio’s 88 counties. Sean brings a passion to protecting the rights of victims of negligence to his practice of law; he is dedicated to helping injured and overwhelmed individuals and families fight back against large insurance companies that would seek to take advantage of their vulnerability.
Sean attended The Ohio State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science and business. He then went on to attend Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Sean participated in the Ohio Trial Advocacy Team and the Pro Se Divorce Clinic.
Prior to joining Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, Sean worked at one of the Greater Cincinnati Area’s most prolific civil litigation law firms. There, he defended insurance companies against personal injury claims. During this time, he obtained invaluable experience learning how the other side works—something he now uses to help plaintiffs navigate the complex legal system and aggressively fight back against insurance companies’ tactics.
Sean also previously clerked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Even before this, prior to beginning his legal career, Sean worked with NetJets, the industry leader in private aviation, as well as serving as an aide with the Ohio House of Representatives.
