W. Martin Midian
W. Martin Midian is a partner at Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC. With an extensive background in criminal law, he is passionate about fighting for and defending the rights of his clients. In his current practice at the firm, Martin works tirelessly to help his clients navigate some of the toughest and most challenging times in their lives, working to secure favorable outcomes that protect their rights, their freedoms, and their futures.
Martin attended Ohio Wesleyan University, graduating cum laude, before going on to earn his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. In 2014, he was honored with Capital Law School’s Young Alumnus of the Year.
He is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. At Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, Martin represents the firm’s criminal defense clients in a variety of complex legal matters. He is a member of several well-known legal organizations, including the Ohio Bar and the Central Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Over the years, Martin has earned a reputation for being a hard-hitting advocate for the accused, one who has secured many favorable jury verdicts and earned a long, proven track record of success on behalf of his clients. He has appeared on numerous television shows and networks to provide professional legal insights, including FOX News, CBS This Morning, The Today Show, Good Morning America, ESPN, and CNN. Martin is also certified by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) and is fluent in Spanish.
When he is not fighting for his clients, Martin enjoys playing golf, running, and spending time with his two sons.
